What are we trying to kick?? Girl, you don't have to tell me about it...hubby and I are going to try and get into the habit of going to the gym and working out. Ugh!! You are trying to get out of the habit and I am trying to get in!

Ed: Something that is difficult to walk away from. What is your addiction?

Lori: Oh yes, having the "want to" is the biggest step of all. Some habits are enjoyable so finding that "want to" proves difficult!

Becky: Thank you for the laugh! You're so wrong...I'm not trying to get out of the habit of working out. Actually, I should step that habit up. This could apply to all habits; mainly the ones that trip me up...shopping, a new book, a venti instead of a tall cup of wonderful from Starbucks the morning after a long night. Stuff like that!

Valerie: Thanks, friend! It isn't a horrible habit, just one I should work harder to get under control. We all have those, right?!

Isn't that the truth? I've lost the same 40 pounds over and over again because I am so addicted to food! Especially chocolate!
