Oh my gosh! My vacation is consisting of a weekend trip to my SIL's wedding in June, so I'm seriously excited for you!
lucky you! i've cruised Mexico, but the other side, and THAT was years ago. have fun!!
I hope you have wonderful time!!! In fact, I know you will.
Also, just thought of this, Fin is a master of cruising... ask him anything you're interested in.
AND, if you haven't checked out cruisecritic.com, do because it has LOTS of tips and breaks cruises by cruise line and actual cruise so you can find out what other people said about your itinerary.
I'm jealous! Have fun!
Melissa: Weekend getaways are usually my speed too, but I try to have a fantastic get-away at least once a year! Enjoy the wedding!
Valerie: I'm very much looking forward to the cruise! I'll be sure and post after I'm back too.

Allison: I totally intend to have fun! Now is the time to travel and explore the world...get out there and just do it too!
Ok, Steff, you're going to Cozumel... depending on how long you get to stay there, see if you can take the ferry to Playa del Carmen on the mainland. JP and I spent a week in Playa and ferried over to Cozumel for a day, and I have decided that I want to retire in Playa, the shopping and food alone are worth the trip!

So you shall delude yourself. People always go to Cozumel and think they are seeing the real Mexico. Hope you get a disease from the water. What you think you are better than me?
Watch out for pirates. I saw Pirates of the Carribean six times so I know my shit.

Ummm...i bet you are!!! WOOHOOO!! I have morning sickness horribly, and all my friends who had morning sickness had motion sickness on their cruises....hahaha So I will be taking my trips on land masses. However you have a GRAND time and take LOTS Of pictures to show us!

What Bethany said. Cruise critic is a very busy website with tons of useful info and a search feature.
You should be able to get lots of good info about your cabin, about your shore excursions, do's and don'ts re your cruise, bargains etc.
When she was in Cozumel, Bethany got to interface with dolphins and enjoyed it hugely. I actually have been there three times, and the second trip was the one where I had my 'profile pic' taken on the sea walk.
