Today was good on a lot of levels.
It was Friday.
It was payday (and my step raise kicked in...not much but more than I was getting!).
It was mac and cheese day in the cafeteria (you know the really cheesy clog you up for a week cheesy kind).
There were also veggie sticks in the cafeteria.
My lesson plans are in and I'm 93% ready for Monday morning.
I had a very enjoyable dinner out tonight.
And today's goodness is running over into tomorrow.
It will be Saturday.
I will get to sleep late.
The only chore on my plate is laundry (let's face it...it never goes off my plate!).
I'm going shopping (okay so it's only grocery shopping but shopping is shopping!).
So, like I said...the days don't get much better than this!

That does sound like a good day..however mac and cheese from the school cafeteria, is still questionable..hehe
Steffany, if you go to all those places and come back with ANY money left, you weren't shopping hard enough!! I went to Michaels' this morning and used my 40% off coupon and then went to Bed, Bath & Beyond and used my $5.00 coupon. Got some goodies, hope you do the same. Almost finished with lunch and then back to cleaning.
SOunds like good stuff to me!!! I love the feeling of leaving work on Friday and knowing you are prepared for the next week....ahhhh....love it!! GOod for you Steph!! HOw long did you stay after on Friday when the kids went home??
hah that was so cute...lol laundry never really goes off my plate either...in fact I always have leftovers! hee hee...the mac and cheese. Yum!
Well, as far as chores go, laundry isn't really one of the worst ones. I guess it's my "favorite" chore because a machine does most of the work!
Great stuff...and I always loved mac and cheese day too! They always served stewed tomatoes with it, which I thought was gross until I tried it. Now, I LOVE it! The only time I can even tolerate stewed tomatoes is when they're on that thick, yummy mac and cheese!
I need to catch up on laundry too. The rest of the chores are Mr. Jaded's 'cause it's his turn and he's been putting them off. (cleaning the kitchen and family room) Then we're off to the movies.
I love going grocery shopping when Mr. Jaded is home to unload them from the car. I like taking my time, wandering the aisles, looking at new stuff, planning meals...all the stuff that goes with it. I find it relaxing. I just hate unloading the car, lol.
